1 Lb. Forester Farmer’s Market Chicken Breast
cooked and shredded or diced
2 Tubes (13.8 ounces) Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1 Large Loaf French Bread
6 Ea. Slices of Bacon cooked and chopped
2 Ea. Roma Tomatoes 1 Med Chopped, 1 Sliced
1/2 Cup Spicy BBQ Sauce
1/8 Fresh Basil Roughly Chopped or torn
1 Ea. Lg Jar of Pizza Sauce
1 Ea. Lg Jar of Alfredo Sauce
1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 Tbsp diced jalapenos
1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Preheat oven to 400°. Unroll and press dough onto bottom and 1/2 in. up sides of a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cut French Bread loaf in half lengthwise, place on oven rack and bake long enough for the cut surface to bake hard but not toast. Remove from the oven.
Topping options are as follows
Blend Parmesan, Mozzarella and Italian Seasoning in a Med Bowl
Jalapeno BBQ Chicken Pizza – Top one of the rectangular crusts with BBQ sauce, 4 oz. shredded chicken, jalapenos, crushed red pepper, top with 1 cup of mixed chesses & half the bacon bits. Bake untill cheese is bubbly.
Chicken Alfredo Pizza – Top the other rectangular crust with Alfredo sauce, 4 oz. shredded chicken, 1 cup of mixed chesses, Roma tomato slices and the remaining bacon bits. Bake until cheese is bubbly.
Italian Chicken Pizza – Top one half of the French Bread with Pizza sauce, 4 oz. shredded chicken, mixed cheese blend, sprinkle with additional Italian seasoning and bake until cheese is bubbly.
Basil Chicken Alfredo Pizza – Top the 2nd half of the French Bread with Alfredo sauce, 4 oz. shredded chicken, mixed cheese blend, bake until cheese is bubbly. Top pizza with chopped Roma tomatoes and fresh Basil.
Serve with remaining sauces for dipping & Enjoy!!
