Ingredients

    1 Yellow Onion Peeled & quartered
    4 Forester Farmer’s Market® boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
    2 Fresh Garlic Cloves Peeled & halved
    2 Fresh hot red chilies, seeded
    ¼ Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
    Sea Salt & Fresh Cracked Blk. Pepper
    1 Tbsp. All Purpose Flour
    1 Lg. egg

Preparation

    • Put the onion, chicken, garlic, chilies and cilantro in the food processor.
    • Season with sea Salt & Pepper
    • Pulse until combined (Do not over mix, you do not want a paste)
    • Pour mixture in to a bowl, stir in the flour & egg
    • Using your hands, roll ¼ mixture in to a ball, flatten in to a burger
    • Repeat until all the mix is rolled out and formed.
    • Chill burgers for 30 min., or until firm
    • Grill the burgers for 8-10 minutes over medium heat and cooked through. Internal temp must be 170°
